Until recently, I didn’t really appreciate the value of starting your day with a short meditation, yet it is so often included in the morning routine of successful entrepreneurs.
So I decided to give it a go, just 10 minutes and STICK to it for at least a month. For me, it wasn’t until around day 16 that I sensed something had changed. I felt like I had more energy, more drive and a better level of concentration.
